How It Works

The first step is to find your houston apartment by searching our free houston apartment locator database or filling out our quick search form. You will receive a list of houston apartments based on your criteria in a matter of minutes with specials, floorplans, photos, maps, schools and more!
Visit the properties and make sure to put us down as your Houston Apartment Locator on your guestcard and lease application to ensure that you receive your rebate of up to $355. It is recommended that you print the guestcard below so you don't forget our information.
Move into your new place and report your lease to us by filling out the quick Claim Cash Form. It shouldn't take more than a minute or so. We will verify the information with the apartment community. Once we have your lease info, you will be able to check the status of your rebate by logging into "My Rebate Status". Just click on the button at the top right of the site.
